Order processing
We process all orders Monday to Friday. All orders received by 4pm will be processed on the same working day. Any orders received after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Mainland UK addresses (excludes UK Highlands & Islands)
Standard Mainland UK addresses will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail delivery service – please note that deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland addresses
If you live the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands and Islands we’ll still provide Free Delivery but it might take a little longer to get to you. Card orders to these areas will be sent via Royal Mail and should be with you in 2-3 days.

International Shipping
Our rates will be added automatically at checkout. Shipping is charged at £1.70 and is sent via International Standard Royal Mail delivery service.

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Returns
