Shipping costs are dependent on the size, weight and location of your order.

Shipping costs will be applied to your order at the checkout once you have completed the delivery address details. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Production Process

1. Once you’ve completed your order you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Our design team with be in touch to discuss gathering your brand assets for your card design. We will need your logos and brand guidelines supplied to us as hi-res CMYK files in either .AI / .EPS / .PDF formats.

3. Your card design will be sent to you for review and sign-off

4. Upon sign-off your cards will enter our production queue.

5. Completed cards are encoded, tested and added to your Admin Portal.

6. Finished orders are then packed and shipped to your given postal address with tracking links sent to you.

If you have your own design team that you want to have complete your card designs, please instruct them to download the Guides and Templates for artwork submission to our production team.

Yes. Profyle is hosted securely on Google Cloud, is ICO-registered, and fully GDPR-compliant. It is also certified carbon-neutral and meets Climate Active criteria.

How can I integrate my Profyle Card with my CRM or email signature?
You can embed your card’s link or QR code in email signatures, digital campaigns, or lead tools. CRM integrations are coming soon.
