We offer two main paths: an Affiliate Partner programme for straightforward referrals, and a Solution Partner programme (with Silver and Gold tiers) for deeper integration and reselling.
We welcome applications from various businesses, including marketing agencies, branding specialists, web designers, business consultants, managed service providers, and other professionals who believe their clients would benefit from Profyle. Each programme path has slightly different ideal candidate profiles.
No, there is no cost to join either the Profyle Affiliate Partner Programme or the Profyle Solution Partner Programme.
Our standard partner agreement outlines an initial term, often for one year, with provisions for renewal. Specific details will be provided in the partner agreement.

Profyle provides a range of marketing resources. Affiliate Partners receive access to referral links/codes and basic assets. Solution Partners receive a more comprehensive set of resources, including sales playbooks, co-brandable marketing materials, demonstration tools, and content for their use, all accessible through our Partner Portal.
Yes, Solution Partners (Silver and Gold) have the ability to create an unlimited number of 45-day Profyle trial accounts for their prospective clients directly from the Partner Portal. Affiliate Partners can direct clients to standard trial options on the Profyle website using their unique affiliate link.
The Solution Partner Programme is designed for deeper partnership. Solution Partners purchase Profyle from us at a significant discount (acting as resellers), manage their own client billing, and integrate Profyle into their core service offerings. This path offers higher revenue potential through margins and recurring income. Affiliates refer clients who then transact directly with Profyle.
Profyle bills the Solution Partner directly for the Profyle accounts they manage, applying the agreed partner discount (e.g., 7.5% for Silver, 15% for Gold). The Solution Partner then bills their own end-clients, setting their own final pricing (which could be Profyle’s standard price, or a bundled price with their other services).
Silver Solution Partners receive a 7.5% discount off the standard Profyle list price when purchasing for their clients. Gold Solution Partners receive a 15% discount. This discount represents the partner’s base margin, which they can potentially increase by adding their own service fees or bundling Profyle.
Solution Partners receive comprehensive support. This includes access to our Partner Portal (with training, sales resources, and account management tools), dedicated support channels for their agency’s questions and escalations, and sales enablement materials. Gold Partners also receive a dedicated Partner Account Manager and may be eligible for more direct Profyle team involvement in strategic pre-sales or complex onboarding scenarios.
Solution Partners are equipped with the tools and training to manage the primary onboarding process for their clients. This allows them to maintain the client relationship and integrate Profyle smoothly into their existing workflows. For strategic or complex client deployments, Profyle may offer collaborative onboarding assistance, especially for Gold Solution Partners, as a supportive perk.
The Solution Partner serves as the first point of contact for their clients’ ongoing support needs. Profyle provides resources and dedicated support to the Solution Partner’s team to help them address client inquiries effectively. For complex issues, the Solution Partner can escalate to Profyle’s advanced support.
As the Solution Partner manages the billing relationship with their end-clients, they are also responsible for managing the renewal process for those clients’ Profyle subscriptions. Profyle bills the Solution Partner for the renewal of the licenses they manage, and the Solution Partner, in turn, ensures their client renews their service agreement. This model incentivizes partners to maintain strong client relationships.
