Overview
Profyle includes Advanced Analytics as standard in all organisation accounts.
This feature allows you to track and monitor Profyle views and number of introductions made across all Profyles within your account
Available Reports
Four reports are available within Analytics:
Profyle Views and Introductions
The number of Profyle views and Introductions made across your organisation account:
Profyle Views by Country
The total number of Profyle Views grouped by which country the Profyle view took place within. This data is not always available for every view, so “unknown” may be displayed in some instances where determining the country was not possible.

Filtering reports
Analytics reports can be filtered based on:
- Time range
- Group
Filters are available at the top of the Analytics page. Shortcuts for popular time ranges can be clicked to apply a time range.
Filtering for data within a group is possible by clicking the “Filters” button and then choosing a group.
Filters will affect all reports on the Analytics page.
Exports
Each of the reports within Analytics is available to download as a CSV file. Select the “Export” button to download the data export.
Other information
Please note that Advanced Analytics data is only available from around the 10th May 2025. No data will be displayed before this date.
If a Profyle is moved to a different group this will not be reflected within historic analytics data. New analytics data for the updated Profyle will be associated with the new group from the moment it is moved.
If a Profyle is deleted, the Analytics data for that Profyle will be retained, however the name of the Profyle will not be shown and instead “Deleted Profyle” will be shown instead.
