Troubleshooting.

We sometimes see customers have difficulty accessing our Enterprise Portal.  This in nearly all cases is due to internal IT security or firewall issues that block certain websites and stop our portal from operating correctly.

If you are experiencing issues with logging in, or registering an account and instead of getting to the admin dashboard are either taken back to the login screen or persistently see the message “Loading” on screen, then please follow the steps below.

 

Instructions for your IT team

Please ask your IT team to add the following domains to their firewall/spam whitelist:

*.profylecard.com
*.googleapis.com

Once this has been done, please try logging in/registering again.
