When you first sign into the Admin Portal you will arrive on the Dashboard page, this is your homepage, providing both an overview of your company account and access to navigation menus, that are used to navigate the site

Dashboard

  • How do I purchase a new subscription ?

    A new subscription can be purchased at any time by clicking “Purchase Subscriptions” on the Dashboard Screen, found within the Dashboard Widget in the top left hand side of the dashboard

    This will open the Billing page with the relevant subscription price displayed, you can complete the payment process from here.

    remember once you have purchased the subscription you will then need to assign it to a person for it to be used
  • How do I assign an active subscription ?

    You can assign people subscriptions from the People Section, please click on the people section on the main menu found on the left hand side of the screen

  • How can I quickly search for specific people or Profyle NFC cards ?

    You can search directly for people or Profyle cards quickly using the search field in the top right corner of the Top Menu Bar visible from any page within the enterprise portal

    Click on the search Icon in the top right hand side of the screen

    This opens the search popup, you can search directly from here for people, Organisations or Cards using name, email or NFC card ID

     Once you have entered the desired search info please press the “enter” button on your keypad/device to start the search and the results will be displayed in the popup. 

  • How do I send a person their Profyle card details ?

    The welcome email includes all information required for a new member. 

    To send a welcome email to another person using the enterprise portal, first open the users detailed profyle page by “clicking” anywhere on the users row, on the people page

    Then click on the “manage” menu option on their detailed Profyle page

    The option to send email is on their digital profyle options near the middle of the screen

    clicking on the “email details” text will open the confirmation screen, please check the email is correct before sending

    Clicking “send email” button will send the email immediately (or click cancel)

  • How do I customise the “Default Layout”

    The default digital profyle template is created when you first register for your account this can be edited at any time from the Profyle Admin Portal using the layouts section found in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen

  • How do I create different layouts for different people in my organisation ?

    It is possible to create custom layouts and use these for different departments (Groups of people). 

    To do this you will need to

    • Create a new layout
    • Create a new group, selecting the new layout from the drop down option.
    • Add people into the group
  • How do I assign a person to a Group ?

    To assign a person to a group, first click on the “People” Section on the main menu, on the left hand side of the screen

    This will open the people page where you will see a table view of all the people in your organisation.  

    First select the people you want to add to the new group, using the selection box option on the left side of the person’s profyle picture

    With the people selected you can now click on the “Move to group” from the action button on the right hand side of the page 

    and select the required group to add the people into

    The “move button” will now highlight in colour, clicking the “Move Button” will save the change

    The “Group name” tab will now open and you can see the person has been moved into the group

  • Top Menu Bar

    The top menu bar is available on all pages this provides quick access to 

    • advanced search 
    • your admin account details 
    • Log-out button
    • software version

    the menu options can all be found in the top right hand corner of the page, via a drop down menu that appears when the my profyle Icon is clicked.

    You can navigate the Admin Portal by clicking on the “main menu” this is located on the left hand side of your screen, the page that is open is highlighted with the dark colour

  • Subscriptions Widget

    The Subscriptions widget displays the number of Subscriptions you have purchased and how many of these are assigned to people, one subscription per person. (a subscription is required to assign a digital profyle to a user) 

  • NFC Cards Widget

    The NFC Card Widget displays the number of NFC Cards (physical Profyle cards) purchased and how many of these are assigned to people 

  • Profyle Visits Widget

    The Profyle visits widget includes a “counter” displaying how many people have visited your companies online digital profyles this month and if this is increasing or decreasing from last month. (this is for all people with an active subscription)  

    This happens each time a user; scans a digital profyle card, scans a persons QR code, taps a physical NFC profyle card 

  • Intros Widget

    The Intros Widget includes a“counter” for the number of Intros made by all people with an active subscription and if this is increasing or decreasing from last month.

  • People Widget

    The People widget, found at the bottom of the Dashboard page includes a “count” of total number of people registered within your account 

  • Groups Widget

    The Groups widget found at the bottom of the page, includes a "Count" of the total number of groups created within your account

  • Admins Widget

    The Admins Widget (found at the bottom right hand side of the page) includes a “count” of the total number of admins that have been registered to your account and their state. e.g if the invite is still pending.

  • Logging Out of the Admin Portal

    It is recommended that you log out of the Admin Portal for security once you have completed your tasks, often browsers will retain your login status even when closing the browser, this is especially important if you are using a shared computer.

    You can log-out of the enterprise portal, using the top menu bar

    Click on the Admin Account Icon and the menu will open, “click” the log out menu option as shown below

    This will log you out of the enterprise portal on that specific computer or mobile device, you will need to log back in, next time you need to use the portal.

  • Why are there “No” Profyle visits displayed on the Dashboard?

    These counters only count activity for people in your team with active subscriptions

    Please check you have 

    • assigned people with active subscriptions
    • created your digital profyle landing page layouts
  • Why are there “No” Intros displayed on the Dashboard ?

    These counters only count activity for people in your team with active subscriptions

    Please check you have 

    • assigned people with active subscriptions
